Tuesdays with Tiz

Hope has Hands

"Christ in you, the hope of glory" Col 1:27
"For to me to live is Christ" Phil 1:21

Today's post is about another song in the musical our church choir will be presenting this coming Sunday. This song, Hope has Hands, is just so full of Jesus I want to share a part of it with you....NO, I am not going to sing it!!!

"In search of a Child they traveled so far...led by a star to a place of Joy. Now the wise men tell a beautiful story....describing the glory of a baby Boy.

Hope has hands
Freedom has feet
Trust will stand
The Word will speak
The holy and lowly will finally embrace for
Love has a heart beat and
Grace has a face
Compassion has a tear
Joy has laughter
Peace has a smile
Redemption's blood has veins to flow in
A temple to glow in
Light is a Child"

And now, Christmas, 2010
Hope still has hands....our hands
Freedom still has feet...our feet
Love still has a heart beat...our heart beat
Grace still has a face....our face
Compassion still has a tear...our tears
Joy still has laughter...our laughter
Peace still has a smile...our smile
Yes, blog friends, we are Jesus to our world. Glory!!!

"Father, how I thank you for including me in your great plan to bless the world with yourself...my mind does not understand it but my heart does. I pray for everyone reading this post today. I pray that they will see their hands, feet, tears, laughter, and smiles as your instruments of Grace to their world. In Jesus Christmas Name, I pray." Amen

MERRY CHRISTMAS

So beautiful Tiz. Ron Kenoli sings a song that goes "If You can use anything Lord, You can use me. Take my hands Lord take my feet. Touch my heart Lord speak through me. If You can use anything Lord come on and use me." I love that song and this post makes me think of it.
